Job summary

Quest-Air Technology Phils., Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our MEPF specialty sales efforts in Laguna.

You will develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to win industrial construction contracts. The role requires 5–8 years in sales or business development within construction or industrial sectors, plus 2–3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development in construction/engineering/industrial sectors.
• 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of MEPF systems, construction processes, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in MEPF construction projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial market sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts in coordination with engineering and project teams.
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports using CRM and other tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
