Job summary

JLL Philippines is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with specialization in QS and commercial support to join our Cost Management team. The role involves tender management, QS support on real estate developments, and driving process excellence via best-practice tools and innovations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of QS experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, plus a relevant bachelor degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years quantity surveying experience with strongEngineering background in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection.

Responsibilities

• Support in tender documentation, evaluation and management.
• Provide comprehensive QS support to Team Leaders and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
• Interpret client briefs to develop effective delivery plans and ensure on-time, high-quality outputs.
• Prepare RFIs and communicate with Leaders.
