You will lead MEP teams, drive commissioning strategies and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve programme success, while promoting continuous improvement and sustainability across

Qualifications

Formal engineering qualification or recognized technical apprenticeship.
Strong MEP delivery, planning, commissioning and commercial management expertise.
Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, risk and project controls.
SMSTS, CSCS and a commitment to health, safety and quality excellence.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing MEP teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration and excellence.
Delivering MEP services across programme, quality, commissioning and project performance objectives.
Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
Driving procurement, tendering, commercial reviews and design coordination to achieve project outcomes.
Developing and implementing delivery, commissioning and sustainability strategies aligned with Mace priorities.
Managing risk, performance, project close-out and continuous improvement while coaching and developing high-performing teams.
