Outsourced.ph in Manila is supporting a growing Australian engineering consultancy by providing a highly organized Project Manager to oversee mechanical building services projects. You will coordinate with consultants and contractors, perform heat load calculations, and ensure equipment sizing aligns with project requirements.

The role requires a strong engineering background, hands-on design review, and proactive stakeholder management, with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in hydraulic (plumbing) design required.
• Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects within a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical design and delivery across a variety of building services projects
• Coordinating mechanical services with other disciplines, consultants and contractors
• Heat load calculations, equipment selection and system sizing
• Managing stakeholder relationships across the full project lifecycle
• Ensuring designs comply with relevant Australian standards, codes and project requirements
• Conducting design reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain technical standards
• Attending site inspections and resolving technical issues
• Mentoring and supporting junior and intermediate engineers
• Managing project deliverables, priorities and deadlines

Our client is a growing Australian engineering consultancy delivering a range of engineering projects across multiple sectors. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support project delivery, coordinate stakeholders, manage fee proposals, and provide administrative oversight across the project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys both project coordination and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading mechanical design and delivery across a variety of building services projects

Qualifications & Skills

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday (6am - 3pm MNL time)

Must Have atleast 50mbps internet connection

Must be wiling to work (Hybrid)
