Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a RTX company, seeks a senior SIOP/Supply Chain professional to drive the SIOP cycle and align supply with financial targets. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to optimize inventories and performance.

The role emphasizes executive-level reporting, data consolidation, and coordinating strategic commitments into operational plans, with emphasis on timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation) and all deliverables for a value stream.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align strategies with capabilities and plan inventories and finances.
• Support executive SIOP reporting, including Actuals, Latest Estimates, and Plans for ELT/SLT decisions.
