Job summary

RTX facility in Batangas is seeking a Materials Planning professional to join the planning team and optimize supply chain resources. You will participate in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP, and help standardize processes to meet delivery expectations.

You will support indicators for market trends, identify demand streams, and collaborate with product development, sales, and manufacturing to plan capacity and fulfillment. Strong ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (E1, JDE or SAP).
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
• Supports standardized processes to optimize resources and meet delivery.
• Helps develop indicators for short/long-term market trends and demand.
• Identifies demand streams and supports data linkages.
• May work with product development and sales to forecast demand.
• Supports capacity planning and fulfillment with plant operations.
• Helps in monthly production volume planning using forecasts and orders.
• Contributes to new tech to improve SIOP capabilities and sustainability.
• Tracks metrics to drive process improvements for SIOP.
• Supports establishing robust processes to improve supply capabilities.
