Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a qualified Master Electrician to lead electrical teams in Carmona, Cavite. This on-site role requires licensure, strong problem-solving, and hands-on expertise across installation, maintenance, and upgrades on diverse facilities.

The ideal candidate will supervise electricians and apprentices, interpret blueprints, ensure code compliance and safety, and coordinate with project stakeholders to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid registration and licensing as a Master Electrician in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Extensive experience in electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Proven leadership experience supervising teams on active job sites.
• Proficiency with electrical testing tools, diagnostic equipment, and hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying site conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certification preferred.
• Availability to respond to urgent service calls or project deadlines when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to plan electrical work accurately.
• Supervise electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Inspect electrical components, panels, wiring, and equipment for code compliance and operational safety.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective repair solutions with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients throughout project execution.
• Estimate labor, materials, and timelines for installations, upgrades, and maintenance work.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and hazard prevention.
