Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management seeks a licensed Master Electrician to manage electrical projects, preventive maintenance, and team operations at our Cavite facility. The role requires 3–5 years of industrial/commercial electrical experience and strong knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code.

The position offers a daytime 7:00 AM–4:00 PM shift, a starting salary of ₱17,000 plus allowances, and direct employment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Electrician (RME) with a valid license.
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of solid experience in industrial/commercial electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams of electricians on active installations and projects.
• Execute and oversee preventive and corrective electrical maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety codes and industry standards.
• Coordinate with management to optimize energy conservation and electrical efficiency.
