Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MDM citizen tools to advance MDM excellence as a senior tools developer.
• Evaluate, plan and execute initiatives to address pain points and reduce technical debts across assigned MDM citizen tools, while ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned MDM citizen tools, including solution upgrades, migrations, CI/CD processes, issue resolution, change implementation, and continuous optimization. Ensure continuous expansion of MDM citizen tools integration with enterprise platforms to unlock additional value in alignment with the company’s MDM strategy.
• Explore and onboard emerging citizen tool technologies across analytics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to continuously advance MDM maturity.
