Job summary

Magna International, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Master Data Management Analyst to safeguard data accuracy across ERP/MDM systems. You will define governance rules, map data flows, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and IT to translate business needs into technical data structures.

Ideal candidates have a college diploma, at least 3 years in a business/ systems analyst role, SAP MDG/MDM knowledge, and strong English communication. Travel 10–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Completion college diploma/certificate.
• Minimum 3 years working as a business analyst, systems analyst, or related role.
• Knowledge of at least two SAP MM/SD modules and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Nice to have SAP BRF knowledge.
• Experience and involvement in SAP S/4HANA finance solutions.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Experience in Automotive Industry desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of Master Data Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce master data governance rules across units.
• Map data flows from source systems into ERP/MDM platforms.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance and IT to translate requirements into technical data structures.
• Oversee lifecycle management of master data within ERP or MDM platforms.
• Provide training to SAP MDG/MDM users as needed.
• Design practical technical solutions balancing cost and implementation timeline.
• Develop and adhere to standards for design, coding, testing, change control, and troubleshooting.
