Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Master Data Management Operations to lead the day-to-day execution of MDM services across multiple data domains. You will partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT to ensure timely, accurate master data processes, quality, and compliance in a complex global setting.

The role emphasizes operational delivery, incident resolution, process improvement, and strong collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, Business Operations, Data Governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience with SLAs and data governance concepts.
• Experience servicing work requests, investigating incidents, and resolving operational problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day master data operations across Item, Supplier, Finance, Customer, and other master data domains.
• Service work orders and transactions per SLAs and data governance standards.
• Investigate incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with minimal business disruption.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support data quality, validation, cleansing, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with testing, training, and deployment of MDM enhancements.
