The Senior Business Analyst, MDM Operations, will manage day‑to‑day master data activities, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet service levels in a large, regulated environment.

The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with a global scope and data governance responsibilities across multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 4–7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, or data governance.
• Experience in an operational support environment with defined SLAs.
• Proven ability to service work requests, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve problems independently.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, hierarchies, workflows, and controls.
• Experience with MDM/ERP platforms such as Syndigo, Riversand, SAP MDG, JD Edwards, Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day MDM operations across multiple master data domains.
• Manage SLAs, service requests, and data governance standards.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide corrective actions.
• Partner with data stewards and stakeholders to ensure data quality and process improvements.
• Support testing, validation, and documentation for MDM enhancements.
• Contribute to KPIs, dashboards, and reporting on data operations.
