Responsibilities

• Perform and review advanced structural calculations for waterfront assets such as jetties, piers, wharves, berthing/mooring dolphins, and breakwaters.
• Act as Engineer of Record (EoR), owning regulatory and technical ownership over project lifecycles from conceptual engineering to construction and decommissioning.
• Conduct field inspections to assess structural integrity, verify that construction conforms to design drawings, and make high-level decisions on material or design deviations on-site.
• Author comprehensive technical proposals, manage project scopes, monitor budgets and schedules, and mentor junior-to-mid-level engineers.
• Coordinate closely with coastal engineers, geologists, environmental teams, and marine contractors to optimize constructability in subsea environments.
