Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical work on ships or similar environments.
• Strong focus on results, safety and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and ability to supervise teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to write and review reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Engineering & Mechanics Department.
• Inspect, maintain, repair and diagnose engine room equipment and auxiliary systems on yachts.
• Plan budgets, schedules and supervise department execution.
• Train team members and transfer knowledge to staff.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company rules.
• Report status to the Operations Manager and project managers.
