Job summary

Höegh Evi seeks an experienced Maintenance Support Officer to manage vessel machinery data in AMOS, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. You will review drawings and documentation for the GADR conversion, lead data standardization, and champion continuous improvements across AMOS.

The role requires extensive CMMS experience, shipboard engineering background, and the ability to work across multiple vessels with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering required.
• 12–15 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• At least 3 years as 2nd Engineer onboard vessel.
• Proven onboard experience as Marine Engineer.
• Proficiency in AMOS (or equivalent CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of database logic and data integrity.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, manuals, and P&IDs.
• Experience with spare parts categorization and CMMS linking.

Responsibilities

• Manage Change Request tickets from start to finish per company procedures.
• Ensure AMOS data integrity and standardization across maintenance data.
• Lead AMOS database build for new vessels and standardize templates.
• Drive continuous improvement of AMOS content and processes.
• Provide leadership and support to Fleet Maintenance Specialists and FMS Manager.
