Job summary

Höegh Evi seeks an experienced Maintenance Support Officer to manage vessel machinery data in AMOS, drive change requests and ensure data accuracy. You will lead AMOS database builds for new vessels and maintain key templates like Function Template and GMT.

With a strong background as a Marine Engineer and extensive CMMS experience, you will champion process improvements, review drawings and manuals, and guide Fleet Maintenance Specialists to uphold fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 12–15 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years as 2nd Engineer onboard vessel.
• Proven onboard experience as a Marine Engineer.
• Proficiency in AMOS (or equivalent CMMS).
• Strong knowledge of database logic and data integrity (SQL is a plus).
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, manuals, P&IDs, and classification society requirements.
• Experience with spare parts categorization, stocktaking procedures, and linking spares to components in a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Ticket and Project handling: manage all assigned Change Request tickets and projects.
• AMOS Master Data Integrity: ensure data quality and standardization in AMOS and GMT templates.
• AMOS database building for new vessels and template maintenance.
• Continuous Improvement: champion improvements of AMOS content and processes.
• Lead & Support Fleet Maintenance Specialists and assist FMS Manager.
