Höegh Evi Ltd. seeks a Maintenance Support Coordinator in Manila to drive MIS ticket coordination and DMS/AMOS data handling. You will analyze ticket data, ensure accurate priority and progress, and generate reports to support fleet management decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Maritime Engineering, or related technical discipline.
2–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, maritime operations, maintenance, or related field.
Experience with maritime maintenance data and ticketing systems (MIS/DMS/AMOS/PMS).
Strong data analytical skills to analyze ticket and project data and identify updates.
Proven ability to prepare reports, KPI views, and action trackers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate MIS tickets focusing on high-priority and project-level tickets.
Ensure correct priority, categorization, handler assignment, action plan, and progress.
Route actions to the correct ticket/process handlers and follow up progress.
Maintain visibility of tickets including backlog, ageing, blockers, and escalation items.
Prepare reports, summaries, and KPI updates to support decisions.
