You will coach staff, monitor processes, and enforce quality and safety standards to support a fast-paced, high-value environment. With 10+ years in manufacturing and strong people-management skills, you will drive cost reductions, cycle-time improvements, and Lean initiatives while maintaining open communication across shifts and functions

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in Manufacturing; preferably Semiconductor.
• Experience in People Management, both DL and IDLs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• LEAN Manufacturing knowledge and waste reduction focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff manufacturing products and monitor workflow.
• Plan, schedule, and assign personnel; set priorities and monitor progress.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while enforcing systems and policies.
• Implement cost reductions and improve cycle times.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment; ensure equipment operation.
• Compile production performance records and respond to requests.
• Drive quality and process improvements; adhere to guidelines.
