Job summary

Qualifications

- Hands-on Lean Six Sigma experience in manufacturing, preferably semiconductors.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and ability to mentor cross-functional teams.
- Experience tracking savings and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Implement lean manufacturing concepts to improve throughput and quality.
- Lead value stream mapping and develop measurement systems.
- Drive cost and process optimization across production cells.
- Mentor teams and coordinate with senior management.
- Track milestones, savings, and project execution.
