Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SPC, QC tools, 8D and PDCA.
• LEAN manufacturing knowledge and awareness of 8 wastes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in manufacturing and monitor workflow.
• Communicate job expectations, plans and results.
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees per policies.
• Coordinate with HR, PC and IE for resources.
• Monitor process steps; reduce waste and cycle times.
• Schedule and assign personnel; track progress and adjust plans.
• Ensure equipment operation; call for repairs when needed.
• Maintain production data and respond to inquiries.
• Uphold safety and clean work environment; enforce policies.
• Support cost reductions and KPI achievements.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through training.
