Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Workforce Management with forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and analytics.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations with internal teams and external vendors.
• Advanced analytics modeling experience translating data into insights.
• Hands-on experience with WFM platforms (IEX) and workforce reporting.
• Experience with Genesys/AWS and call routing concepts.
• Strong partnership with stakeholders and vendors in fast-paced environments.
• Expert-level Excel with data modeling and automation.
• Clear communication of analysis to varied audiences; proactive in leadership.
• Proven ownership, accountability, and readiness for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex operational and workforce data for enterprise decisions.
• Build and maintain workforce models, calculators, and simulations for forecasting and capacity planning.
• Utilize ERLANG-based methods and IEX modeling for multi-site multi-vendor environments.
• Own end-to-end WFM analytics including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling assumptions, and reconciliation.
• Develop strategies to optimize workload distribution across internal teams and vendor partners.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to align workforce plans with demand.
• Lead vendor calibration and performance reviews; ensure forecast accuracy and readiness.
• Translate analysis into clear insights for leaders; present trends and recommendations.
• Support enterprise initiatives with advanced analytics and workforce planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver enterprise priorities and changes.
• Own enterprise vendor scorecard accuracy and alignment to metrics.
