Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Senior Manager – Retail & Merchandising to curate and grow retail products across our beauty, grooming, wellness, and food brands. You will lead sourcing, pricing, inventory, and merchandising to shape product displays and maximize sell-through.

You will influence product concepts from sourcing to market, collaborating with Brand, Marketing and Operations to turn trends into compelling retail offerings with strong margins.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle retail, beauty, merchandising, buying, or product development.
• Strong eye for product, design, packaging, and presentation.
• Business sense to understand pricing, profitability, inventory, and what will sell.

Responsibilities

• Curate products and merchandise aligned with each brand.

• Lead pricing, margins, inventory, and sell-through.

R2 Group is looking for a creative, resourceful, and commercially driven Retail & Merchandising leader to curate and grow retail products across our beauty, grooming, wellness, and food brands.

This is an opportunity to shape what customers see, discover, and buy—from product concept and sourcing to merchandising and sales.

YOU WILL:

• Curate products and merchandise aligned with each brand

• Source products, suppliers, packaging, and retail partners

• Lead pricing, margins, inventory, and sell-through

• Develop compelling product displays and in-store merchandising

• Monitor sales and optimize the product mix

• Identify trends and turn them into commercial opportunities

• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to bring ideas to market

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Someone who is tasteful, trend-aware, artsy, resourceful, and commercial.

• Ideally, you have experience in fashion, lifestyle retail, beauty, merchandising, buying, product development, or related industries, with a strong eye for product, design, packaging, and presentation.

• You should also have the business sense to understand pricing, profitability, inventory, and what will sell.
