Job summary

M&G Global Services in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Manager - Fund Accounting Oversight Specialist for Private Assets to oversee NAV production, fund accounting, and financial reporting across a diverse range of structures and jurisdictions.

You will partner with onshore and offshore teams, manage TPAs, and drive continuous improvements in processes, controls, and governance within an outsourced operating model, ensuring timely, accurate investor reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund accounting and financial reporting across key jurisdictions (UK, Ireland, Luxembourg).
• Experience with outsourced operating models and overseeing TPAs.
• Strong analytical and governance-focused mindset with risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NAV oversight and financial reporting for assigned funds.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore partners, incl. India-based colleagues.
• Oversee BAU in financial reporting and fund accounting; act as SME for NAV and costs/charges.
• Drive remediation of control failures and support risk/compliance investigations.
