Job summary

M&G India seeks a Senior Manager - Fund Accounting Oversight Specialist for Public Assets to oversee NAV and financial reporting for multiple funds. Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in fund accounting and NAV oversight.
• Knowledge of UK/Ireland/Luxembourg regulations is desirable.
• Experience in outsourced operating models and managing TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver robust NAV and financial reporting oversight across assigned funds.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore partners including India-based teams.
• Perform BAU oversight across financial reporting, fund accounting, and NAV oversight.
• Act as SME for fund accounting oversight including costs & charges.
• Analyze NAV errors, identify root causes, and support remediation.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, controls, and oversight.
• Manage complex stakeholder queries and maintain TPAs relationships.
• Support risk and compliance investigations as needed.
