Job summary

RTX Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional to manage the SIOP cycle and drive alignment between finance, operations and engineering. You will consolidate data, prepare executive-ready insights, and influence strategic decisions on inventory and targets.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or analytics, strong Excel capabilities, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Onsite position within First Philippine Industrial Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation) and all deliverables for a value stream.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with operational capabilities and recommend plans that meet inventory and financial targets.
• Support executive level SIOP reporting, including Actuals, Latest Estimates, and Plans, supporting ELT and SLT decision-making.

What You Will Do *

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related experience

• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics

Qualifications We Prefer

• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• High attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
