Job summary

RTX Corporation, through Collins Aerospace in the Philippines, is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to supervise purchasing, logistics, and inventory. You will coordinate with suppliers, monitor forecast accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–7 years of experience and strong ERP proficiency. Onsite work and adherence to EHS standards are expected in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics with minimum 5–7 years.
• ERP experience with SAP or Oracle is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations, including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to maintain optimal inventory.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team to ensure high performance and development.
• Implement and enforce best practices in procurement and logistics procedures.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management tools.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan
• With at least a year in his/her current position
