Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain/Operations professional to lead the SIOP cycle, including data collection, demand and supply reviews, and financial reconciliation. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align strategies with capabilities and meet inventory and financial targets, while supporting ELT/SLT decision-making.

This onsite role offers exposure to executive-level planning and a path to impact across manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the SIOP cycle data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with operational capabilities and recommend plans that meet inventory and financial targets.

What You Will Do

• Manage the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation) and all deliverables for a value stream
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with operational capabilities and recommend plans that meet inventory and financial targets
• Support executive level SIOP reporting, including Actuals, Latest Estimates, and Plans, supporting ELT and SLT decision-making

What You Will Learn

• How to consolidate and present data in an executive format
• How we coordinate and transfer the business strategy and commitments into an operational plan
• Working to executive timetables and gaining functional consensus

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related experience
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics

Qualifications We Prefer

• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
