Job summary

RTX, Collins Aerospace, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end production readiness and new program launches. You will drive cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to optimize safety, quality, and cost performance, while advancing Lean initiatives and BI maturity.

The role emphasizes program governance, budget management, workforce planning, and collaboration with suppliers to meet schedule and delivery targets in a dynamic aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in End to End Program Management of new products and production readiness to successfully launch products.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, machining, metal fabrication, composites manufacturing, or assembly practices is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six-Sigma techniques.
• Managerial skills and Talent development.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.

What You Will Do *

• Integrates tactical & strategic supply chain activities to manage risk and leverage spend.

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in End to End Program Management of new products and production readiness to successfully launch products.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, machining, metal fabrication, composites manufacturing, or assembly practices is preferred.

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
