About the job Senior Manager – Digital Procurement

About the Role
Were looking for a forward-thinking leader to drive innovation in our procurement technologies and processes. In this role, youll design and implement digital strategies that harness AI, agentic technologies, and advanced analytics to transform our source-to-pay operations. Your mission: improve cost efficiency, speed, flexibility, risk mitigation, and supply continuitywhile fostering a culture of digital adoption across the enterprise.

What Youll Do

• Shape and execute our digital procurement strategy and roadmap, prioritizing impactful use cases.
• Identify opportunities to digitize buying channels by analyzing trends and processes.
• Align procurement technologies and processes across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Build AI and digital capabilities in spend analytics, sourcing intelligence, contract intelligence, risk management, and supplier intelligence.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies; lead proofs of concept with qualified suppliers.
• Define governance, roles, and training for new technology rollouts.
• Maximize value from existing and new tools through optimization and adoption strategies.
• Lead change management, communications, and continuous innovation initiatives.
• Improve user experience and ROI through feedback-driven enhancements.
• Collaborate globally to share knowledge and best practices in digital innovation.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in project management, systems implementation, and leading digital transformation/change initiatives.
• Tech Proficiency: Hands-on with ERP and procurement systems (SAP Ariba, PowerBI, Cognos, Oracle, Coupa, Sievo).
• Procurement Expertise: Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply market assessment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional projects.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digitization, Business, or related field.
