Grab Financial Services Philippines is seeking a Manager, Credit Risk & Collections (Secured & Consumer Lending) to lead end-to-end risk management across secured, consumer, and S/MSME lending portfolios in a hybrid role anchored at the Ortigas office. You will shape underwriting, provisioning, and collection strategies while collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in credit risk management, portfolio management, collections, and credit policy across the lending lifecycle.
• Secured lending experience with collateral, provisioning, and recovery; knowledge of unsecured consumer/retail loans and credit cards is valued.
• End-to-end credit risk depth: underwriting, portfolio optimization, loan loss provisioning, model governance.
• Collections capability overseeing early-stage through recovery.
• Data analysis using Python and SQL; visualization with Tableau/Power BI.
• Regulatory experience and managing regulatory approvals.
• Integrity and leadership as a senior member of the PH team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end credit risk management across the portfolio — underwriting, performance, provisioning, and model oversight.
• Build and manage risk and collections framework for secured lending, including collateral and recovery.
• Provide collections oversight across lifecycle and align strategy with risk appetite.
• Manage consumer and S/MSME lending portfolios alongside secured book.
• Lead portfolio and collections data analysis using Python, SQL, and other tools.
• Coordinate with regional teams to implement country-specific frameworks and partnerships.
• Establish performance metrics and provide insights to enhance models.
• Write and update credit risk and collections policies; design reports and dashboards.
