Job summary

Aboitiz Land, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Manager for Corporate Reporting & Tax Compliance to oversee group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and tax compliance across residential and estate units.

This role reports to the Controller and manages a small team, ensuring accurate, timely regulatory filings and robust internal controls. The ideal candidate has CPA licensure with 5–8 years in corporate accounting and consolidation, strong IFRS knowledge, and experience with ERP systems

Qualifications

• CPA with active license required.
• 5–8 years of corporate accounting, financial consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Experience in real estate, property development, or construction preferred.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, group consolidation, and Philippine tax laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements to AEV, including P&L, cashflow, variance analysis.
• Direct all tax return filings, statutory reports, and AFS to align with BIR, PEZA, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors, BIR examiners, PEZA, and internal stakeholders during examinations.
• Enforce internal controls, monitor IFRS changes, and optimize reporting workflows.
• Supervise three direct reports and coordinate with subsidiaries for data submission.
