Responsibilities

• Prepare BIR, SEC, and other government filings timely.
• Support compliance matters like business registrations and form reviews.
• Experience in financial statement reporting and general accounting.
• Participate in compliance projects and training.
• Guide less experienced staff on regulatory matters.
• Assist management in identifying and containing compliance risk.
