Reporting to the AVP, this role steers internal and external messaging, crisis readiness, and media partnerships across hospitality, gaming, and entertainment.

You will lead high-stakes campaigns, advise executives, and collaborate with Marketing, Legal, and HR to align communications with commercial goals and product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations, preferably in hospitality/gaming.
• Track record of managing brand reputation, risk management, and crisis communications in a regulated environment.

The Senior Manager, Corporate Communications and Public Relations is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, elevating, and fiercely protecting the public image of LaVie Resort & Casino. Reporting to the AVP of Product & Commercial Strategy, this pivotal role operates with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted advisor who develops and delivers consultative PR pitches and strategic counsel directly to the AVP, EVP, and C-level executives. The successful candidate will lead Internal and External Communications, spearhead high-impact Lifestyle PR campaigns, and build strong Media Partnerships. Given the dynamic, high-stakes nature of a premier integrated resort and casino, strong expertise in Crisis Communications and Risk Management is critical. The Senior Manager will proactively safeguard the brand’s reputation while ensuring all communication efforts are aligned with LaVie’s overarching commercial and product objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act autonomously to develop and present consultative PR pitches, communication strategies, and risk assessments to the AVP, EVP, and C-level executives, ensuring leadership is aligned on corporate narrative and public positioning.
• Architect and execute comprehensive, dual-pronged communication strategies that ensure cohesive, compelling brand messaging across all employee (internal) and public (external) channels.
• Drive innovative Lifestyle PR initiatives that elevate LaVie Resort & Casino beyond gaming, spotlighting its luxury hotel, world-class F&B, and premium entertainment offerings to diverse audiences.
• Proactively cultivate, expand, and sustain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with top-tier local and international media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders.
• Serve as the chief architect for crisis management protocols. Anticipate vulnerabilities specific to the highly regulated casino and integrated resort environment, execute rapid mitigation strategies, and draft highly effective official statements to protect the resort's reputation.
• Partner seamlessly with Casino Operations, Hotel, F&B, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure all PR messaging is compliant, strategically timed, and amplifies major product launches and commercial events.
• Collaborate closely with HR and departmental leaders to design internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and positively impact Internal Employee Engagement Survey scores.
• Partner with digital teams to monitor media sentiment, analyze PR metrics, and design campaigns that tangibly drive website/social traffic and commercial ROI.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations, with highly preferred experience in the hospitality, gaming, or integrated resort industries.
• Proven track record of managing complex brand reputation issues, risk management, and successfully navigating high-stakes crisis communications, specifically within a casino or highly scrutinized corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and confidently present consultative strategies and pitches to C-suite and senior leadership.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the agility to tailor messaging from corporate compliance to vibrant lifestyle storytelling.
• Strong analytical acumen to interpret PR metrics, media sentiment data, and campaign ROI.
