About the role

As our Senior Management Accountant, you'll take full ownership of AMG’s financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and compliance. You’ll play a key role in steering our finance strategy while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, monthly closings, and internal management reports
• Approve and oversee bank transactions, payroll, vendor payments, and disbursements
• Manage tax filings and compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
• Drive internal controls, policy development, and system accuracy
• Oversee annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational decision-making
• Supervise finance-related administration functions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in using Quickbooks
• 5–7 years of experience in finance management and reporting
• CPA with a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field
• Deep understanding of PH tax laws, BIR/SEC compliance, and full-spectrum accounting
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with accounting platforms or ERP systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with JIRA Payment Set-up is a plus
