Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related degree.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in general accounting, financial analysis, or related finance functions.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Solid background in internal or external audit processes.
• Experience reviewing or mentoring junior accounting staff is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling); familiarity with accounting/ERP systems a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to present findings to management.
• Proactive, mature, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Solid exposure to governmental compliance and regulatory reporting requirements (BIR, SEC, etc.)
