Job summary

HireMe.ph is seeking a senior Maintenance Engineer to repair, maintain, analyze, and improve machinery performance across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a 4-year technical or engineering degree in Maintenance Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in electrical and mechanical diagrams, CAD, and automation software.

Qualifications

Graduate of a 4-year technical or engineering course related to Maintenance Engineering.
At least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Knowledgeable in electrical and mechanical diagrams, MS Office, CAD software, automation software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, mentoring capability, and basic leadership skills.
