Job summary

AUMOVIO SE is seeking an experienced engineer to lead process improvements and line optimizations in electronics manufacturing. You will perform DOE, root-cause analysis, and assemble/machine setup in a high-velocity production environment.

Responsibilities include automation project delivery from prototype to mass production, preventive maintenance, and engineering drawing creation. Strong English skills and ability to collaborate with international teams are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001
• Experience leading Six Sigma projects or new manufacturing line setups
• Experience supervising technical personnel
• Ability to interact with foreign nationals; proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Perform DOE evaluations and root cause analysis
• Set up new assembly machines and line modifications
• Lead automation projects from prototype to mass production
• Perform preventive maintenance and data management for audits
• Manage repairs, maintenance and parts tracking for equipment
• Create engineering drawings and layouts for innovation
• Provide line support and sustaining activities
• Handle fixed assets and scrap management
