The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing intelligent building systems for premium commercial developments. Responsibilities include leading the design of low-current systems, preparing documentation using AutoCAD, and ensuring compliance with local codes. Strong knowledge in structured cabling and excellent communication skills are essential. The position is full-time with a 6-month initial contract and requires flexibility to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT system design for commercial buildings in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling standards and networking principles.
• Proficient in creating schematics and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of low-current systems for large-scale projects.
• Prepare detailed schematics and installation documents using AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Philippine electrical codes.

Structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA‑568, ISO/IEC 11801)

IP‑based security & networking principles
