Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in lifecycle management, commercial operations, portfolio management, or related pharmaceutical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand-specific LoE readiness plans with milestones and risk tracking.
• Design and execute late lifecycle strategies including portfolio simplification, SKU/pack optimization, and resource reallocation.
• Lead end-to-end transition of brands into the Commercial Portfolio with governance, budgets, forecasts, and continuity.
• Assess portfolio performance and advise on investment, licensing, divestment, or retirement pathways.
• Partner across functions and markets to resolve dependencies and translate governance decisions into action.
• Use analytics and business cases to support portfolio reviews and resource allocation decisions.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture with clear goals, coaching, and accountability.
