ConnectOS is hiring a life insurance underwriter with 5+ years of experience to join our insurtech team on site in Metro Manila. You will evaluate medical, non-medical, and financial factors to accept, modify, or decline risks while communicating underwriting decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of underwriting experience.
• Knowledge of risk selection (medical, non-medical, financial).
• Critical thinking and independent problem solving.
• Collaborative, agile, and inclusive mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with term and permanent life underwriting.
• In-process or completed industry designations (LOMA/ALMI/FMLI/ALU/FALU).
