Responsibilities

• Prepares evaluation and recommends decision for incontestable claims for approval.
• Requests claims investigation for contestable death claims and other types of claim when necessary.
• Prepares correspondences for payment of benefits for release to claimants.
• Handles check releasing of payments to claimants, FA's or broker.
• Maintains death claim masterfile and updates claims records.
