Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist for the Corebridge Account in a hybrid work arrangement based in Muntinlupa/Metro Manila. The role focuses on 2nd line of defense across operational, fraud and privacy risk within insurance operations, reporting to the R&C lead.

You will support risk governance, escalation, and remediation activities to protect CRBG and Accenture. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in internal auditing, with 3 years in a supervisory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of internal auditing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred due to IC role.
• CPA preferred, not required; from known auditing firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand CRBG Sox/Soc controls and risk escalation policy and promote compliance.
• Understand Accenture Operations Delivery role in CRBG from DTPs to MSAs and applicable provisions.
• Communicate risk incidents clearly and categorize by risk type (operational, fraud, privacy).
• Drive risk remediation and issues management to de-risk CRBG controls with proposed enhancements.
• Facilitate risk governance meetings including weekly client risk meetings and support leadership messaging.
