Job summary

Thakral One Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lending Integration Analyst to drive analysis, design, testing, and implementation of integrations across the lending lifecycle.

You will connect lending platforms with core banking, credit decisioning, collateral, customer, payments, finance, and regulatory systems while ensuring traceability, data integrity, reconciliation, and operational readiness. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in banking or financial services, incl. at least 3 years in lending operations, BA, system implementation, or integration.
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, credit assessment, loan servicing, collateral administration, collections, and loan accounting.
• Experience preparing requirements, process maps, functional specifications, interface documents, data mappings, reconciliation rules, and test scenarios.
• Experience in core banking replacement, lending transformation, or multi-country banking programmes is preferred.
• Experience in Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document requirements across lending products and processes.
• Map end-to-end lending lifecycle: application, credit, approval, disbursement, servicing, repayment, and closure.
• Define integration requirements between loan origination/servicing platforms and core banking, CBD, data mappings, and regulatory systems.
• Prepare interface specs, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and exception handling procedures.
• Develop SIT, integration, regression, and UAT scenarios and support test execution and defect resolution.
• Validate end-to-end transaction flows, loan schedules, accounting entries, and reconciliation outputs.
• Collaborate with lending operations, risk, finance, compliance, technology, vendors, and partners.
