Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in the Philippines and a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• Approximately 7+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in banking/finance, corporate finance, M&A, or restructuring is preferred.
• Ability to own complex transactions from structuring to closing and advise management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing transactions, including debt, equity and related documentation.
• Drive corporate restructuring and legal structuring projects.
• Oversee transaction execution from structuring through closing.
• Ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, lenders, investors and regulators.
