The ideal candidate will develop leasing strategies, guide staff in compliance with policies, and maintain strong relationships with tenants. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and three years of managerial experience is required. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment in Nueva Ecija, Rizal.

Qualificações

• At least three years of working experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in leasing or property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing or property management systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Supervise and guide leasing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
• Monitor market trends and prepare regular leasing reports.
