Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Supervise and guide leasing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
• Monitor market trends and prepare regular leasing reports.
