Job summary

HSBC Philippines in Taguig seeks a senior leader to head Wealth Product Solutions and Retail Products. You’ll own the wealth, FX, deposits and cards portfolio, set strategy, and drive profitable growth across channels.

You’ll collaborate with Operations, Risk, Finance and Compliance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure governance and controls while delivering a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in wealth and retail banking products.
• Proven track record in P&L and balance sheet management.
• Experience setting product strategy and delivering growth.
• Transformation programme leadership across a complex organisation.
• Strong planning, analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Use customer insights to improve customer experience including NPS.
• Navigate local market dynamics, regulatory factors and competition.
• Ability to engage internal partners and regulators as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute wealth and retail product strategies across Wealth, FX, Deposits and Credit Cards.
• Oversee product proposition and mix to align customer needs with channel delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Accelerate Wealth contribution to IWPB P&L through product performance management and growth plans.
• Expand market share in Deposits and Wealth while sustaining profitable contribution from cards.
• Establish disciplines for cost reduction, marketing activity and product enhancements.
• Embed a Sales and Service culture with cadence across Sales teams to deliver targets.
• Govern operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation and loss reporting.
• Partner with Risk to refine credit policies supporting growth within risk appetite.
