This role involves managing a high-performing team and driving innovative customer delivery models across the wealth segment. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in wealth management and a strong acumen for financial markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in wealth management, private banking, investments, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and advisory models.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute segment strategy to drive acquisition, portfolio growth, and retention.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of wealth products including investments and lending.
• Define segment-tailored delivery and servicing models for clients.
