Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years in data analytics and digital transformation, incl. 5 years leading digital/tech transformation projects, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with planning/analytics platforms (Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Anaplan).
• Strong analytical skills with data modeling, KPIs, and translating data into business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Proven change management and user-adoption leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across functions within POET, as prioritized by business needs.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of relevant technology platforms depending on project scope.
• Partner with IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to build clean, integrated data pipelines that support business reporting and decision-making, including dashboards drawing on data from suppliers and internal systems.
• Design future-state processes and KPI dashboards/reporting that leverage AI/ML-driven analytics, scenario modeling, and automation.
