Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly S&OP process by collecting, validating, and organizing inventory, shipments, open orders, and customer orders.
  • Prepare S&OP templates, analysis files, and presentation materials and coordinate with Planning to ensure alignment.
  • Submit Weekly Top 30 Inventory Report and monitor inventory performance; update targets and action items.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritise inventory-related initiatives and information needs.
  • Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports using BI tools and create data visualizations to communicate insights.
  • Produce monthly forecast accuracy reports for Retail and Pro Team product families and maintain monitoring files and dashboards.
  • Lead or support two Waste Walk or improvement projects annually to drive operational excellence.
  • Share best practices across Supply Chain teams and support forums, benchmarking, and project reviews.

If you are a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this gives you the chance to deliver supply chain reports and support programs in Inventory Management and Sales & Operations Planning. In this role, you will maintain a high level of service and quality and identify process improvements by capturing business activity data, generating reports and analysis, implementing program and process functions, and contributing to the planning, development, testing, and documentation of programs, systems, and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and support supply chain strategies through insightful analysis.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support the monthly S&OP process by collecting, validating, and organizing critical data such as inventory, shipments, open orders, customer orders, production, and PT sales.
  • Prepare S&OP templates, analysis files, and presentation materials, and coordinate closely with the Planning team to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Prepare and submit the Weekly Top 30 Inventory Report, monitor inventory performance, update targets, and track action items from Planning Department meetings.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize inventory-related initiatives and information needs.
  • Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports using business intelligence tools and create advanced data visualizations that clearly communicate insights, trends, and performance drivers.
  • Produce monthly forecast accuracy reports for Retail and Pro Team product families, analyze top forecast misses, and maintain monitoring files, dashboards, and charts for S&OP reviews.
  • Drive operational excellence by leading or supporting at least two Waste Walk or improvement projects annually.
  • Contribute to best practice sharing initiatives across Supply Chain teams and ensure high-quality delivery of ongoing support activities such as forums, benchmarking, and project reviews.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 3.5 years of experience in data analysis and sales and marketing administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in database management with proven understanding of database concepts, theories, and applications.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain with a strong background in inventory management is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle, CRM On Demand, Salesforce, Noetix, and Discoverer applications is a plus.
