Job summary

Anthesis Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager/Principal Consultant to join the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) team. The role focuses on delivering rigorous LCA modelling and strategic insights for global clients, with a hybrid work arrangement from the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years (Senior) or 10+ years (Manager/Principal) of LCA experience, strong technical judgement, and the ability to translate analysis into actionable client recommendations.

Qualifications

A degree/relevant qualification in sustainability/climate, engineering, environmental science, or related field.
For Senior Consultant: 4–6 years of hands-on applied LCA experience, across multiple sectors/value chains.
For Manager/Principal Consultant: at least 10 years total work experience with minimum 6 years hands-on LCA experience across multiple sectors/value chains.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of LCA engagements and projects on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.
Design, build, review, and interpret robust LCA models using SimaPro in line with ISO standards and sector frameworks.
Translate complex technical data into clear, compelling deliverables and evidence-based recommendations.
Engage with clients, gather requirements, and manage feedback to support trusted relationships.
Support business development and contribute to proposals for LCA, EPD, CBAM.
